Crunchy Teeth is a grounds-up inclusive project that transforms the employment prospects for our youths with autism. Our goal is to equip our youths with baking skills so that they, too, can enjoy independence, employment and active participation in society. We believe the lack of normal qualifications should not close the doors to employment, but open the possibilities to an inclusive society where everyone matters.
At Crunchy Teeth, we do full scale production and separate training days. We teach our autistic youths, edged out from mainstream education and employment, to learn basic baking and simple work skills under inclusive environment. We knead and bake delicious pastries with love and support to our special needs youths.
